螺桿泵使用維護說明Use the maintenance instructions

啟動
Start
① 啟動前檢查全部管路法蘭、接頭的密封性, 要求嚴(yán)密不漏。before the start of check all pipe flange, joint sealing, require not leak tight.
② 轉(zhuǎn)動聯(lián)軸器, 檢查泵的轉(zhuǎn)動是否靈活: 如有別勁或卡住等不良現(xiàn)象, 應(yīng)拆泵排除。turn the coupling, check whether the pump rotation is flexible: unhealthy phenomenon, such as different strength or stuck,should tear open pump out.
③首次啟動應(yīng)向泵內(nèi)注入輸送液體, 保證各摩擦處有足夠的潤滑油。for the first time should start to infuse conveying liquid pump and guarantee the friction have enough oil.
④ 啟動前應(yīng)全開吸入和排出管路中所有的閥們, 嚴(yán)禁閉閥啟動。before the start of all valve in the suction and discharge line should be fully open, it is strictly prohibited to start closing valve.
⑤上述準(zhǔn)備工作完后, 可接通電源, 直接啟動泵。 After the above preparation, can be connected to the power and start the pump directly.
⑥嚴(yán)禁空轉(zhuǎn)運行。No idling operation.
維護maintenance
① 如泵和電機的聲音異常(或電流表指針迅速上升)應(yīng)立即停車, 查出原因。as the voice of the pump and motor abnormalities (or ammeter pointer rapidly rising) should immediately stop, find out the reason.
② 出口壓力不得超過泵的工作壓力。discharge pressure shall not exceed the pump working pressure.
③安全閥在出廠前已調(diào)好, 不得隨意調(diào)動。safety valve has been set, before they go out may not arbitrarily transfer.
④如管路系統(tǒng)發(fā)生故障, 使安全閥回流, 應(yīng)立即停車排除故障。一般安全閥全回流時間不得超過三分鐘。因時間過長泵內(nèi)溫度急劇升高, 嚴(yán)重影響泵的壽命, 甚至使泵“咬死”損壞。such as pipeline system failure, make the safety valve reflux, should immediately stop troubleshooting.General relief valve total reflux time shall not exceed 3 minutes.For a long time inside the pump temperature rise sharply, seriously affecting the life of the pump, even damage of pump "killed".
⑤軸封處點滴泄漏是正�，F(xiàn)象, 如漏油量大于10毫升時, 應(yīng)停車排除故障。of the shaft sealing drip leakage is a normal phenomenon, such as flow rate is more than 10 ml, should stop troubleshooting.
⑥如泵“咬死”應(yīng)立即切斷電源, 以防電機燒壞。such as pump "killed" shall be immediately cut off power supply, to prevent motor burn out.
停車parking
螺桿泵絕不可關(guān)閉進、出口閥門停車。如果輸送介質(zhì)是燃料油, 停車后泵及管路應(yīng)進行掃除, 特別是泵內(nèi)各回油孔應(yīng)徹底清掃, 以免堵塞影響泵的正常工作。
Screw pump can not close the valve at the inlet and outlet of the parking.If the medium is the fuel oil, after stopping pumps and piping should be clear, in particular, when the pump shall be completely clean the oil return hole, so as to avoid blocking the normal operation of the pump.
保管safekeeping
①存放泵的倉庫應(yīng)保持干燥, 通風(fēng)良好, 以免發(fā)生銹蝕。 to the warehouse where the pump should be kept dry, well ventilated, lest produce rust.
② 如長期存放或保管不當(dāng), 泵已產(chǎn)生銹蝕, 應(yīng)該拆開重新清洗。去掉氧化皮, 裝配過程中零件表面涂上油, 以防銹蝕。such as long stored or improper safekeeping, pump has produce corrosion, should be apart to clean.Remove scale, in the process of assembly parts surface oil, in case of rust.
各種油類使用時注意事項Various oil matters needing attention when using
①輸送(3-20〞E(36.2-148cst)的油類最合適, 允許按泵的最高工作壓力使用。transport (3-20 "E (36.2-148 CST) oil is the most appropriate, permitted to use according to the maximum working pressure of
pump.
② 輸送3°E(36.2cst)以下的油類, 為保證泵的流量及壽命應(yīng)降低壓力使用。transport 3 ° E (below 36.2 CST) of oil, in order to ensure the pump flow and life should reduce the pressure to use.
③輸送20°E(148cst)以上的油類, 且進油管是過長, 彎頭過多, 泵工作時如產(chǎn)生噪音或振動現(xiàn)象, 則應(yīng)考慮更換第一級轉(zhuǎn)速的電機運轉(zhuǎn), 縮短吸入管道, 減少彎頭。conveying 20 ° E (more than 148 CST) of oil, and the inlet pipe is too long, too much bend, such as noise or vibration phenomenon when the pump work, should consider to replace the first level speed of the motor running, shorten the suction pipe,reducing elbow.
